The Dendrites Premiere Stream of New EP “Fly Casual” out Dec. 7

The Dendrites Premiere Stream of New EP “Fly Casual” out Dec. 7

Denver’s ska powerhouse The Dendrites have announced details for their latest release, Fly Casual. The four-song EP infuses traditional ska with soul, R&B, jazz and funk to create some of the 10-piece band’s best and dynamic material to date.

Despite being a completely instrumental band, they manage to craft melodies that I can’t help but whistle all day. The EP was recorded live to tape at Green Door Recordings by Felipe Patino and mastered by Jason Livermore at The Blasting Room. Check out the premiere stream of Fly Casual below.

If you’re lucky enough to live in Colorado, you can pick up a copy of the limited vinyl pressing of Fly Casual at The Dendrites’ release show on Dec. 7 at The Marquis Theatre in Denver, CO with 12 Cents for Marvin, Pink Hawks, The Ruckus and Denver Vintage Reggae Society. Otherwise, the digital version will be available on Bandcamp on Dec. 7, as well.
